Worship
Together — Transformed in God’s Presence
Every Sunday at 9:30, people of all ages and backgrounds come together to lift their voices, open their hearts, and experience the presence of God. We believe something sacred happens when we gather — God meets with His people.
Worship at FBCLS isn’t about watching or consuming; it’s about participating in what God is doing among us. Through music, prayer, and Scripture, we encounter His truth and are changed by His love.
Worship Is Interactive
Worship isn’t a performance to watch — it’s a conversation to join. We speak to God through songs, prayers, and gratitude. God speaks to us through His Word, His Spirit, and His people.
You’re invited to participate fully — to bring what’s in your heart to God and discover what’s in His heart for you.
Worship Is Dynamic
Every service feels a little different because God is always doing something new.
Sometimes the room shakes with joyful praise and clapping hands.
Sometimes it’s still and quiet — a sacred hush where God whispers peace.
Sometimes we grieve for a broken world, yet always we hold hope because God is making all things new.
Whether loud or quiet, laughter or tears, every moment of worship helps us see more of who God is — and who He’s shaping us to become.
Worship Is Relational
We experience God together. That means we welcome every sound of life in the room — from babies’ giggles to voices lifted in song.
It’s the sound of a family worshiping together.
Worship isn’t an event to attend; it’s a family to belong to.
Worship should feel like belonging — a place where you’re seen, known, and safe to be honest about where you are.
Sometimes we shout for joy; sometimes we reach out for help. Either way, we do it together.
Worship Is for All Ages and Stages
Our team designs worship that brings generations together. You might see a child singing next to a grandparent or students serving beside adults.
If you’re new to faith, skeptical, or healing from hurt — you belong here.
If you’ve followed Jesus for years, we need your wisdom and encouragement.
Every person has something to offer, and every person has something to learn.
Worship Leads to Action
Worship doesn’t end when the service is over. When we encounter God, He transforms us — shaping our character, softening our hearts, and sending us to live out His love in everyday life.
That’s why worship is never just a Sunday thing. It’s the beginning of a life transformed — one encounter at a time.
What to Expect in Worship
Our one-hour service includes live music, prayer, and a practical message from Scripture. Preschoolers enjoy a safe, loving environment during worship, while elementary-aged kids worship alongside their parents. Each week, we gather to encounter God together and be shaped by His presence.
