Lead Others to Encounter God

Worship + Tech volunteers help people experience God’s presence through music and creative expression. Some sing or play instruments, while others run sound, lighting, or video. Every role, seen or unseen, points upward: helping our church lift its eyes and hearts to Jesus in worship.

Volunteer Screening Process

At FBCLS, we care deeply about creating a safe, welcoming environment for everyone—from our youngest preschoolers to our oldest members. Since volunteers in many of our ministries serve alongside minors or other vulnerable people, all volunteers complete a background check through Checkr.com before joining a team. After you apply, you’ll receive an email with next steps for that process. Once cleared, a ministry leader will reach out to invite you to a volunteer orientation.
